Training and Administrative Activities Project Operations Manual

The Training and Administrative Activities Project Operations Manual provides guidance on contract/work plan implementation for those educational institutions and other organizations providing training services sponsored by the Bureau of Training. This 2009 manual edition is updated from the previous 2008 edition. It includes policy and procedure revisions to the chapters on project implementation, project changes, reporting, and forms.

The following documents are available for viewing, printing, and downloading:
