OCFS is pleased to announce the launch of the new and improved Online Bidders List (OBL) website.   The OBL now has a more streamlined appearance that provides enhanced functionality and interactive features to help OCFS communicate and disseminate procurement information more effectively to the vendor community.

The OBL has a new website address (URL).  Please update your bookmarks and/or favorites accordingly with the following URL: https://apps.ocfs.ny.gov/obl
Users must register on the new website to receive notifications of bidding opportunities based on the preferences selected at the time of registration.  User accounts from the existing OBL will not be carried forward to the new OBL.  Effective immediately OCFS will no longer be posting new bidding opportunities at the current OBL website address, and the site itself will not be available after 10/20/2010.  Note that the current Special Delinquency Prevention Program 2010 bidding opportunity will remain available on the existing OBL through the 10/18/2010 application due date and has been posted to the new OBL as well.
The new OBL will better facilitate vendors’ ability to do business with OCFS.  We invite you to visit the website to explore the new system in detail.
