Applicants will be required to prove their eligibility for employment upon acceptance of a position in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. In addition, a fingerprint and a New York State Central Registrar background screening is required for all employees of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Currently, applicants will be charged a fee of $85.75 for fingerprinting as well as a $25 child abuse background screening fee.
