About a Parent for Every Child
A Parent for Every Child is a Diligent Recruitment project sponsored by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services and funded through a federal Adoption Opportunity grant. The goal of the project is to provide permanency through kinship care, adoption, or guardianship for children whose parental rights have been terminated and who have spent several years in residential care without a viable family resource.
